Klein McCarthy Architects aided Scott County in developing a Capital Improvements and Facility Review which involved a comprehensive analysis of existing county buildings resulting in a 25 year master plan.

The County's goal was to thoroughly assess their current and projected future department changes and to develop a realistic cost projection for budgeting and implementing a long-term master plan. Adolfson and Peterson Construction assisted in estimating construction cost and developing a long range cash flow analysis for the County. The masterplan includes phased building additions to the Government Center for courts expansion, health and human services expansion and additional parking.
