Mountrail County Justice Center

The new Mountrail County Justice Center connects to their historic 1914 Courthouse with a facade that echoes the character of the existing architecture. The facility houses a Law Enforcement Center, a 40 Bed County Jail, Courts, Secure Courts Holding, Clerk of Courts, State's Attorney, 911 Dispatch and an Emergency Operations Center.

The expansion improves public access to the Courthouse and enhances security while providing a modern, state-of-the-art Justice facility. Construction was completed at the end of 2016 and the facility opened to the public in January of 2017.
