Olmsted County is exploring options to improve the security of the County Government Center through weapons screening, traffic circulation revisions and the addition of space in areas of congestion. Klein McCarthy Architects worked extensively with Law Enforcement, stakeholders from various County departments and the County Board to develop and evaluate numerous concepts to improve the security of the building. Detailed visualizations of both the interior and exterior of these concepts allowed the diverse project team to better understand the impact of each option on the existing Government Center.
