Pope County hired Klein McCarthy Architects to solve their space planning needs at their existing Health and Human Services building. Safety for staff and clients was the goal of the project therefore providing secure client rooms was planned.
Due to space constraints, the County purchased an office building approximately two blocks from the health and human services building to dedicate for public health offices.
The public health renovation provided an accessible public route from dedicated parking to the building, meeting room, staff offices as well as support spaces. Clinic time, exams and other health services will be conducted at the health and human services building.
